ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PUBLIC HEARING

A hearing of the Zoning Board of Adjustment has been scheduled for Thursday,
December 3, 2020 at 5:30 P.M. in the Conference Room of the City Hall located
at 808 Hwy 77A South, Yoakum, Texas for the purpose of reviewing the
following requests for variances from Chapter 52 - Zoning of the City of Yoakum
Code of Ordinances from:

(1)        Arthur & Denise Hunter for a variance to the front yard setback
requirements as it pertains to Part of Abstract 29 (3 acres) of the John May, Sr.
Addition (for location reference only: 504 Vollentine Street).

Any party may appear in person or by agent or attorney to express an opinion on
the request for variance provided for in Section 52-276. (c) of the cited
ordinance.
